There are still ways to make it wrong so let&#8217;s have a look at the nuances in detail. Firstly &#8211; you will need to prepare eggs by warming them up (if you keep them in the fridge) to room temperature. At this temp (~20-23 °C / 70-75 °F) whipping properties of egg proteins are the best. You can read a nice article in this regard <a href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=2ahUKEwj25puLyfvxAhU9ShUIHZm_CgsQFjACegQIFRAD&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwhatscookingamerica.net%2FEggs%2Fperfectmeringue.htm&amp;usg=AOvVaw2zcbO9bRlGUNAUnumprWtP">here</a>. Chocolate has to be melted gradually either on water bath or in the microwave. I prefer microwaving it for 1 min 2-3 times mixing in between each round. I try to keep the chocolate temperature at ~42 ° C / 108 °F. Don&#8217;t overheat the chocolate as once you will start adding the eggs you might start denaturation of egg protein (starting at 56 °C / 132.8 °F). Other than that &#8211; just follow the instruction steps from the recipe below and you&#8217;ll be fine 🙂</p>

        Instructions    </h3>

		            <li>Prepare the eggs by warming them up at room temp (approx. 20 °C / 68 °F) for at least 2 hours</li>
		
		            <li>Chop chocolate into small pieces</li>
		
		            <li>Set aside 1/4 of chopped chocolate - you will use it as inclusions at a later stage</li>
		
		            <li>Melt the rest of the chocolate in the microwave.</li>
		
		            <li>Break the eggs into an empty bowl and whip them for 5-8 minutes until soft peaks (see instructions video)</li>
		
		            <li>Combine whipped eggs with chocolate. I suggest you do it gently in thirds. This will allow keeping the structure of the final product well aerated.</li>
		
		            <li>After you mixed in the eggs - the batter should be of creamy texture and easily poor-able.</li>
		
		            <li>Add the chocolate chips and mix them in well.</li>
		
		            <li>Move the batter into a greased tin.</li>
		
		            <li>Bake the brownies at 170 °C / 340°F for approx 30 min until the wooden stick is dry.</li>
		
		            <li>Once the brownie is cooled decorate by drizzling with melted dark chocolate and immediately grate chocolate on top</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>Chocolate Nutella cookie or best ever &#8220;family time&#8221;?</h3>
<p>Baking with family&#8230;.can it be a better occasion to spend some quality time together?! No watching Netflix or playing video games, no phones or spending time in social networks with each of the contacts on the list discussing the very new series on the very same Netflix or how to fight a &#8220;Boss&#8221; on the next level of kids favorite RPG.</p>
<p>I found it quite exciting and educating to bake with my little one. She is very good at helping and genuinely does so. I even often forget that I&#8217;m working in the kitchen with a kid. What is interesting though &#8211; this simple exercise not only helps to reunite the family for few hours but also teaches kids to deal with fails and celebrate success, remember the recipes (and in general improve the memory) and play with imagination, work in the team and be &#8220;more&#8221; patient&#8230;.and that&#8217;s just a  few. Being so easy thing to do &#8211; baking is greatly improving your relationship with a kid and develops lots of practical skills for their great future.</p>
<h3>Talking about the recipe</h3>
<p>There is very little to talk about, to be honest ). The chocolate Nutella cookie recipe is easy to make and is based on the standard chocolate cookies formulation. Instead of using fat and sugar, I decided to grab some hazelnut spread. To indulge cookie texture and deliver a nice cracking surface &#8211; I simply added eggs to the recipe. Despite it simplicity recipe is truly delicious and should be tried at least once :). I&#8217;m sure that after the first bake You will be keeping frozen stock for years to come.</p>

		            <li>Chill the dough for 15-30 min</li>
		
		            <li>Make 40g dough balls, flatten them, and put a frozen scoop of Nutella</li>
		
		            <li>Seal the dough into a dough ball and coat with icing sugar</li>
		
		            <li>Bake at 180 °C / 355 °F  for 10-12min without a fan</li>

<p>How often do you find overripe bananas in your kitchen? How often do you bin overripe bananas? Have you ever imagine that you can bake a delicious breakfast for the family (and neighbors sometimes 🙂 ) by spending 5-10 min on the recipe preparation while enjoying doing something else during bread bake time? I want to offer an extremely easy banana bread recipe with only 3 ingredients you most likely have in your kitchen. Even though it doesn&#8217;t look exactly like a very <a href="https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Cookbook:Banana_Bread">original formula</a> but it&#8217;s a surely worthwhile trade-in. It is always a possibility to enrich the recipe with spices like cinnamon and throw in some nuts of your choice &#8211; but this easy banana bread recipe could certainly be a basic formula to work with.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As I had mentioned in my last post &#8211; lately I have been focusing on fast recipes. Something that could be prepared in few minutes and served immediately on the table to indulge the waiting crowd. What I&#8217;ve been working on this week was a 2 ingredients Donut recipe. Usually, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doughnut">donuts</a> are ring-shaped and could be of 2 types: cake donuts and yeast-raised donuts (or doughnuts). By the way, there is a nice <a href="https://www.chowhound.com/food-news/186165/what-is-the-difference-between-cake-donuts-and-yeast-donuts/">article</a> to go through where the difference between cake and yeast-raised donuts is described. But for the product to fry faster and have a smaller portion size (so you can eat a bit more 🙂 ) &#8211; I decided to make Donuts in a ball shape. The donut recipe is really simple as contains 2 ingredients only: self-raising flour and condensed milk and requires 5-10 min of your time only. As an option, you can always coat donuts with icing of your choice. In my video, I&#8217;m making 3 types of coatings that are based on icing sugar with the addition of either cocoa or powdered cinnamon.</p>

		            <li>Fill 4-5cm of the pan with vegetable oil</li>
		
		            <li>Preheat the vegetable oil in the pan till ~160 °C/ 320 °F</li>
		
		            <li>Start depositing the donut dough from the piping bag and cut 1-1.5 cm long dough pieces with scissors directly into the pan.</li>
		
		            <li>Fry donuts for 3-4 min.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been looking for easy and quick recipes that suit any eating occasion for the last few months. I&#8217;m a big fan of traditional cooking/baking and truly appreciate the taste of sourdough bread I prepare over 48 hours. Nevertheless, I&#8217;m open to experiment and try new recipes that are easy to make but taste delicious. Lately, I&#8217;ve seen a lot of baking goods based on condensed milk and this made me curious to start my own experiments. One of the first products was cookies, then fried dough balls, and finally condensed milk mousse. It was amazing for me to discover that you can whip condensed milk to such a low gravity. Surely science behind is so easy &#8211; lower your acidity level and milk proteins will be able to create a nice, stable <a href="https://www.scienceofcooking.com/foams/culinary_foams.htm">foam</a>. It&#8217;s so easy that could be easily missed if you&#8217;re not particular about it :). Let me introduce you to The Very Easy Condensed Milk Lemon Mouse desert.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Time is flying by&#8230;Looking at the calendar it is half a year left behind. BBQ season finally arrived and what is needed for a great &#8220;party&#8221; outside is delicious snacks, beer, and plenty of meat. These keto cheese snacks are so tasty and easy to make that you might not even believe. I found the recipe about a year ago on <a href="https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/keto-bread-twists">Dietdoctor</a> and it made the list of my favorite ones. There was no need for formula changes except for few touches. As I&#8217;m a big fan of garlic in various formats for cooking, from time to time I use it in the bakery as well. And so it was for the keto cheese snacks recipe. The addition of garlic puree and granules into the batter added that savory zest and spiciness to the product. In a combination with Parmegiano what I sprinkled over the pesto it turned this keto cheese snack into the self-standing meal you can enjoy while BBQ is warming up.</p>
