										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Time is flying by&#8230;Looking at the calendar it is half a year left behind. BBQ season finally arrived and what is needed for a great &#8220;party&#8221; outside is delicious snacks, beer, and plenty of meat. These keto cheese snacks are so tasty and easy to make that you might not even believe. I found the recipe about a year ago on <a href="https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/keto-bread-twists">Dietdoctor</a> and it made the list of my favorite ones. There was no need for formula changes except for few touches. As I&#8217;m a big fan of garlic in various formats for cooking, from time to time I use it in the bakery as well. And so it was for the keto cheese snacks recipe. The addition of garlic puree and granules into the batter added that savory zest and spiciness to the product. In a combination with Parmegiano what I sprinkled over the pesto it turned this keto cheese snack into the self-standing meal you can enjoy while BBQ is warming up.</p>

        Instructions    </h3>

		            <li>Premix dry ingredients in your first bowl.</li>
		
		            <li>Add garlic paste.</li>
		
		            <li>Add egg and mix until a crumble.</li>
		
		            <li>In a separate bowl add Grated Mozzarella and Butter.</li>
		
		            <li>Microwave cheese with butter for 90s (800 W).</li>
		
		            <li>Add crumble to the melted cheese-butter mixture and mix into the dough.</li>
		
		            <li>Pin the dough between 2 baking paper sheets to ~2-3mm.</li>
		
		            <li>Spread pesto on the dough and sprinkle with Parmigiano on top.</li>
		
		            <li>Cut 1.5-2cm wide strings.</li>
		
		            <li>Twist the strings keeping Pesto inside.</li>
		
		            <li>Place twists on the tray.</li>
		
		            <li>Glaze with eggwash.</li>
		
		            <li>Bake at 190° C/ 375 °F for 10-12 min until golden brown.</li>

<p>These soft and chewy, protein peanut butter cookies have 1g net carbs per cookie, packed with protein, and are egg-free, gluten-free, and keto-friendly! And these cookie-bites are just perfect for an after-workout snack or as a dessert for those following a low-carb diet. The best thing about those cookies is that they don’t have that powdery protein taste that is so common for protein snacks.</p>

<p>My protein peanut butter cookies recipe is refined sugar-free and uses your favorite whey protein powder and peanut butter powder as a source of protein. I also added my best-loved crunchy peanut butter to bring an extra twist to the texture but it also makes an irresistible peanut butter flavor cookie that you would love to have with your tea or coffee anytime!</p>

		            <li>Add Crunchy Peanut Butter and blend it in well.</li>
		
		            <li>Choose your add-in of choice, add it to the batter, and mix till fully distributed.</li>
		
		            <li>Move your batter to the piping bag and deposit cookies on the baking tray ~25 grams each.</li>
		
		            <li>Decorate your cookies with the preferred add-in ingredient.</li>
		
		            <li>Bake at 180 °C / 355 °F for 5-6 min with a fan.</li>

		            <li>Mix batter gently to avoid foam collapse.</li>
		
		            <li>Transfer batter into a piping bag and start depositing on the silicone tray.</li>
		
		            <li>Bake meringue cookies at 120 °C / 248 °F for 30 min.</li>
		
		            <li>Mix softened butter with crunchy peanut butter until well combined.</li>
		
		            <li>Put the filling into the piping bag and deposit it to 6 out of 12 macaroons.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>These Keto meringue cookies are Godsend for those who follow Keto diet. They are so easy to make, gluten-free, and have ZERO net carbs! Can it get any better? And they only take few minutes to prep! These cookies will become your favorites if you are like me Pavlova dessert fan.</p>
<p>Original <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meringue">Meringues</a> are made with whipped Egg Whites and powdered sugar &#8211; crispy from the outside and a bit chewy from the inside. I used the same principles for my keto meringue cookies but adjusted the recipe to make them low carb and gluten-free. And, of course, why stop on better, if you can make something perfect?</p>
<p>By adding almond flour, hemp seed flour, flaxseed, and Erythritol, I managed to get the texture that has a very close resemblance with macaroons but has that nice meringue note. Drizzled with sugar-free chocolate, and served with some strawberries or any fruit of choice &#8211; these are the perfect dessert to have.</p>
