I have few questions for You, my dear Reader
How often do you find overripe bananas in your kitchen? How often do you bin overripe bananas? Have you ever imagine that you can bake a delicious breakfast for the family (and neighbors sometimes 🙂 ) by spending 5-10 min on the recipe preparation while enjoying doing something else during bread bake time? I want to offer an extremely easy banana bread recipe with only 3 ingredients you most likely have in your kitchen. Even though it doesn’t look exactly like a very original formula but it’s a surely worthwhile trade-in. It is always a possibility to enrich the recipe with spices like cinnamon and throw in some nuts of your choice – but this easy banana bread recipe could certainly be a basic formula to work with.
Without further ado, let’s crack on the recipe.
